Nice and cozy studio in the city center, in quite street Růžová. Apartment has 2 separate sleeping areas. There is a sleeping loft that has 2 comfortable mattresses forming a double bed. On the ground floor are two single beds. Apartment has comfortable couch TV, dining table. Kitchen corner is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and all the necessary dishes. Bathroom is with bath, toilet, bidet and washing machine. Available is also WiFi connection, bed linen and towels. You can find many shops or restaurants right in the closest proximity of the street. Very close are shopping malls Kotva and Palladium, where you can park your car or you can go shopping and enjoy various other services these shopping galleries have to offer. In the same street you can find metro and tram station with a direct connection to the city center, it will take you only few minutes of walk to the Old Town square or to the Wenceslas square.

My three-month stay in Prague was a wonderful experience, and a large part of that was due to the extremely helpful and professional staff at Happy House Rentals and the wonderfully hospitable and welcoming owners of the flat I rented. Even though I started the reservation process on short notice, Marketa was able to send me several listings that were a great fit for my criteria, and booking my flat was quick and easy. The location of my flat was absolutely superb, the owners kept it immaculate and stocked with everything I expected in a furnished apartment, and they were very prompt and gracious in accommodating my specific requests.
